OTTAWA – A tribute to those who lost their lives in the Vietnam War is in Ottawa this weekend and the public is welcome to join veterans and family members. The wall, a replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, will be up until Monday off of Center Street on the south side of the city. A bald eagle will be displayed Friday and a candlelight vigil on Sunday. The exhibit is open 24 hours through the weekend.
